Shukla, Archana. (2009). DEVELOPMENT OF A CAREER MATURITY INVENTORY FOR USE WITH FEMALE COLLEGE/ UNIVERSITY STUDENTS. Unpublished. ERIC, Education

The inventory was field tested on a sample of 450 female and 180 male undergraduate students.
Tools Used:
Career Development Inventory and structured Questionnaires
Research Methodology:
Survey Method
Statistical Techniques Used:
Means, SDs, 2X2X3 ANOVAs and inter-correlations were used.
Findings of the study:
The study revealed areas in which knowledge and information are particularly lacking among female undergraduates.
