(5) The ranking serial of values in male and female of secondary and primary teachers were similar, theoretical value stood on highest rank and religious value stood on lowest rank in both teachers. (6) There was a difference in type of values between male and female teachers of reserved class. (7) In the development of values, no significant difference was found between male and female of villages & cities. (8) The value of secondary school and primary school reserved class teachers had no effect on the classroom behaviour of teachers. (9) The teacher had to be mentally prepared before and during teaching in the class. The Teacher is satisfied only when his students feel satisfied with his teaching. (10) Male and female teachers are similar in their class teaching. In some teaching skills, male teachers are more effective while in other female teachers. Physique and nature effect teaching and also influence classroom behaviour beside the teaching skills. The other variables like atmosphere, maintenance, library and courses of study effect the teachers behaviour during the class. (11) There is a lack of proper teaching aptitude in both male and female teachers of backward and scheduled castes. The teacher is influenced by socio – economic factors which deviates him from work and he is not able to do his work peacefully. The teacher is devoid of self – esteem. Due to lack of teaching aids, the teacher is not able to use teaching skills.
