The objectives of the study were: (1) To find out the Awareness of School and College student towards various Social Problems. (2) To assess the success of efforts of National Service Scheme for solving the various Social Problems. (3) To know whether the programmes for Social Development run by the Government are beneficial for society or not. (4) To find out whether the Development of students taking place through this progamme is in accordance in the one Objectives of National Service Scheme or not. (5) To assess the usefulness and importance of National Service Scheme from Educational point of view and provide necessary suggestion.

 Random Sampling Method was used to select the sample. Two hundred student respondents were selected from Shivpuri, Kolarus, Katera, Pichore, Pohari Tehasil’s School and College which were registered for National Service Scheme units. 

Findings of the study were: (1) National Service Scheme plays Positive role in the Development of Educational, Cultural, Economic and National good will. (2) Students are aware of solutions of Social Problems from Social Development point of views. (3) Social Development schemes run by government are benefiting people. (4) Students are developing according to the objectives of National Service Scheme. They are contributing in the Social Development of India as a citizen. (5) National Service Schemes develops National Good will. (6) The experience of National Service Scheme camping students shows that the Social Development Scheme run by Government are benefiting people. (7) Leadership is developing in students. (8) There is no training facility for ladies in any of the village of any habit. (9) Opinion poll is in favor of organizing camps for more than one week.
