The objectives of the study were: (1) To know the constraints in learning grammar and interest in Hindi. (2) To study the effect of Educational Technology Techniques with reference to grammar. (3) To study the effect of text of grammar based on Educational Technology Techniques with reference to various levels of intelligence. (4) To make the comparative study of the effect of Educational Technology Techniques based grammar text with reference to urban and rural context.

Hypotheses stated were: (1) Educational Technology Techniques are able to remove the errors in Hindi grammar. (2) By applying the techniques of Educational Technology students can easily understand the laws of grammar and achievement will be enhanced. (3) Educational Technology Techniques based grammar text will be found to be effective with reference to the various levels of intelligence. (4) Educational Technology Techniques based grammar text will be found to be effective with reference to urban and rural context. 

The sample was selected randomly and 400 students of class VIII of four schools of Agra city were included in the sample.

Verbal Intelligence Test of R.K. Ojha was used to measure intelligence. Investigator developed the Reaction Scale for teachers and students. 

The study was experimental in nature. Pretest-post test experimental group design was used to conduct the study. 

The findings of the study were: (1) Post test scores were found to be higher than that of pretest scores with respect to all the aspects of grammar. (2) Educational Technology Techniques were found to be effective in terms of achievement on all aspects of grammar than traditional method with reference to high and low intelligent students. (3) Educational Technology Techniques were found to be effective in terms of achievement on all the aspects of grammar than traditional method with reference to both urban and rural context. (4) Educational Technology Techniques based grammar text was found to be effective in terms of removing the errors in grammar.
