The objectives of the study were:(1) To study the organizational health of senior secondary schools of Jodhpur division. (2) To compare the organizational health of male and female teachers of senior secondary schools of Jodhpur division. (3) To study the attitude of senior secondary schools teachers of Jodhpur division towards teaching profession. (4) To compare the attitude of senior secondary male and female school teachers of Jodhpur division towards teaching profession. (5) To study the adjustment of senior secondary school teachers of Jodhpur division. (6) To compare the adjustment of male and female senior secondary school teachers of Jodhpur division. (7) To establish the correlation among different aspects of organizational health and teachers attitude towards teaching profession of senior secondary schools of Jodhpur division. (8) To establish the correlations among different aspects of organizational health and adjustment of teachers of senior secondary schools of Jodhpur division.

The sample was selected randomly from 61 district of Jodhpur divisions. The sample comprised of 300 teachers selected randomly.

The tools used for data collection were: Organizational health by D.K. Sharma, Teachers attitude index by S.P. Ahaluwalia and Teachers’ Adjustment index by S.K. Mangal.

Survey method was used to collect the related data.

The obtained data were analyzed with the help of Mean, SD, t-test and correlation technique.

The findings of the study were: (1) The mean score of different aspects of organizational health of male and female teachers of senior secondary schools of Jodhpur division is 110.5. It is above average. (2) There is no significant difference between the organizational health of male and female teachers of senior secondary schools of Jodhpur division. (3) The attitude of senior secondary schools teachers of Jodhpur division towards teaching profession is found to be high. (4) There is no difference between the attitude of senior secondary male and female school teachers of Jodhpur division towards teaching profession. (5) There is high adjustment of senior secondary school teachers of Jodhpur division. (6) There is no difference between adjustment of male and female teachers of senior secondary school of Jodhpur division. (7) There is low correlation among different aspects of organizational health and teachers’ attitude towards teaching profession of senior secondary schools of Jodhpur division. (8) There is low correlation among different aspects of organizational health and adjustment of teachers of senior secondary schools of Jodhpur division.
