Statistical tools like percentage, averages, etc have been used to analyze the quantitative data collected through different sources. Careful understanding of financial requirements have been presented on the basis of prevalent set of parameters to ensure quality education of every child.
The present study is of descriptive nature and is attempted to investigate the reality with the purpose to develop insight which could be helpful to suggest measures to strengthen the massive structure of primary education in U.P.
Content analysis which covers a large part of the investigation, primarily relies on secondary data from different sources as well as educational statistics and other quantitative data in terms of expenditure in education system.
The major implication of the study is for educational planners and administrators to formulate comprehensive plans at district and state level to support primary education and also to improve cost effectiveness and internal efficiency which will eventually mean more money for education. Findings of the study can also be used as an advocacy tool for resource generation in elementary education sector in the state.
